Return Policy
We want you to love your Estetix purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Instructions:
Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at info@estetix.co with your order number and the reason for your return.
Pack Your Return: All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
Return Requirements:
All sale and/or discounted items are final. We reserve the right to refuse any refund if the returned items show signs of wear, alteration, damage, or misuse.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges:
To exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@estetix.co to confirm availability.
Non-Returnable Items:
Monogrammed, personalized, and special-order items are not eligible for return.
